Kahle Nutrition & Chiropractic needed a modern, mobile-friendly website to establish their online presence and make it easier for patients to schedule appointments and learn about services. I led the website strategy, design, and launch—delivering a complete digital presence that elevated their brand and streamlined their operations.
The Challenge
Like many local businesses, Kahle Nutrition & Chiropractic had no existing website—making it difficult for potential patients to find information, learn about services, or get in touch online. She needed a professional, mobile-friendly presence that reflected their brand and supported business operations from day one. Behind the scenes, technical challenges like email setup and domain management also needed to be addressed to ensure smooth communication.
My Role & Approach
Discovery & Strategy: Began with a detailed consultation to understand business needs, patient demographics, and operational challenges. Conducted competitive analysis to identify gaps in local chiropractic and wellness websites—most lacked mobile optimization, clear service hierarchies, and seamless booking flows.
Mobile-First UX Design Designed a clean, intuitive, and fully responsive website focused on fast scheduling from mobile devices. Prioritized user pathways like “Book an Appointment” and “Learn About Services” to reduce friction and increase conversion.
CMS Implementation for Long-Term Control Recommended and implemented a content management system (CMS) tailored to the client’s needs—ensuring they could update content, hours, and services without needing a developer. Balanced flexibility with simplicity to support their lean team.
Branding & Visual Design: Crafted a cohesive brand identity that conveyed trust, wellness, and professionalism—translating their in-person experience into a polished, accessible digital presence.
Technical Setup & Support: Managed domain consolidation, DNS configuration, and email migration to Microsoft Outlook. Provided hands-on support post-launch to ensure operations were running smoothly and communication systems were fully functional.
